We are dedicated to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents by offering personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
Services Provided
Daily Care
Assistance with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding.
Medication Management
Proper administration and monitoring of prescribed medications.
Meals and Nutrition
Preparation of three balanced meals daily, including snacks, to ensure residents receive adequate nutrition. Hydration is carefully monitored throughout the day.
Customized Care Plans
Each resident has an individualized plan addressing their health and care needs.
Licensing and
Compliance
Our facility is licensed by the health department with regular inspections and subject to routine audits by AHCCCS to ensure we meet and exceed compliance standards. All caregivers are certified through the nursing board and trained in the three levels of care:
